1. Who can use Purrlo

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Purrlo account. If you're using Purrlo on behalf of a household, you're responsible for everyone you invite into that household and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Geographic availability

Purrlo is currently offered only to individuals located in: the United States; the European Economic Area (EEA); the United Kingdom; and Switzerland (together, the "Permitted Territories"). By creating an account you confirm you are accessing the Service from a Permitted Territory.

We do not offer, market, or knowingly make the Service available to anyone located outside the Permitted Territories, and we do not design the Service to comply with the laws of any jurisdiction outside them. If you access the Service from outside a Permitted Territory, you do so on your own initiative and at your own risk, you are solely responsible for compliance with local law, and we make no representation that the Service is appropriate, legal, or available for use there. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access from outside the Permitted Territories at any time without notice.

2. Your account

• You may sign up with an email code, Apple, or Google. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
• You can have one or more pets and invite other household members to share access to a household's pets, records, and reminders.
• You may delete your account at any time from Manage Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your data and any household you solely own, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Content you provide

Purrlo lets you store photos, videos, notes, medical records, and other content about your pets ("Your Content"), and to post in the Community feature. You retain ownership of Your Content. By posting it, you grant Airbok a limited license to store, display, and transmit it back to you and (for Community posts) to other users, solely to operate the Service.

You're responsible for Your Content. Don't post anything that:

• is illegal, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit;
• infringes someone else's rights (copyright, privacy, etc.);
• contains malware or attempts to disrupt the Service;
• impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation with anyone.

4. Community feature

Purrlo's Community lets pet owners ask questions and answer each other in topic groups. Anyone can read posts; commenting, reacting, and reporting require joining the relevant group. Posts and comments can be reported by other users; content is automatically hidden once enough members of a group report it, and removed once significantly more do. We may also remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms at our discretion.

Nothing in the Community is veterinary, medical, or professional advice. See Section 7 (Health Disclaimer) below.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Some features require a paid Purrlo plan (Basic or Premium), billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed via in-app subscription settings. Prices, trial periods, and included storage/features are shown in the app before purchase and may change with notice. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies — Airbok cannot issue refunds directly for purchases made through those stores.

Referral codes may grant free periods to both the referrer and the new user, as described in the app; we may change or end the referral program at any time.

6. Care directory (crowd-sourced listings)

The Care section lists vets, groomers, trainers, sitters, and similar places, added by users. Airbok does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing. Always confirm details (hours, licensing, availability) directly with the provider before relying on a listing.

7. Health disclaimer

Purrlo is a record-keeping and community tool. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Nothing in the app, including reminders, community answers, or any content shared by other users, should be treated as veterinary advice or diagnosis. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for your pet's health decisions, including in emergencies.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service;
• circumvent storage limits, paywalls, or account restrictions;
• use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications;
• upload content you don't have the rights to share.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse other users, or misuse the Service.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Airbok is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of access to Community content, or reliance on any crowd-sourced Care listing or Community post. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Airbok in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Purrlo after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Airbok is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country. If you are located in the United States, you and Airbok agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis, and each party waives any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by applicable state law.
